 Access to P6 Analytics for Unifier Users

In this post, we will see how to assign P6 Analytics application access to Primavera Unifier users on Cloud Environment:

Below are the simple steps for how Unifier User to access P6 Analytics:

1. Log in to Cloud Administration.

2. Add a user.
3. Select & assign BI Author or BI Consumer, and Primavera Analytics Production application access for that Unifier user.

4. Now do the following Settings in Primavera Unifier Environment:

– Go to the Company Workspace tab and switch to Admin mode.
  – Click Access Control in the left Navigator.
  – Select Administration Mode Access and select Analytics.

 – Permission Settings window will open.
 – Click Add

– It will open another Permission Settings window open. Click Add Users/Groups.

The Users/Groups window opens. Select user, you want to add and click Add.

– Click OK to return to the Permission Settings window.

–  Set the permissions user per User Role:

– View: Allows the user to open and view the contents in the Analytics node. Users with View permission cannot make any changes.
 – Modify: Allows the user to configure and modify the data required for Analytics.  

Click OK.
5. Logging into Primavera Analytics Administrator.

6. Run the STARETL for Unifier.
